Use by private hirers or third parties must adhere to the Centre’s policies on;

Equality and Diversity

Health and Safety

The Trustees have absolute discretion on using and hiring facilities and w reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason.

The Community Centre has no political, religious gender, racial or other affiliations and bookings which Trustees consider detrimental to preserving the Organisation’s integrity and independence in these areas, will not be accepted.

Misuse of facilities will result in the hirer being refused any further bookings

Misuse includes, but is not restricted to;

Causing physical damage to property

Causing nuisance or annoyance to staff, residents or neighbours

Doing anything to break licensing or insurance conditions

Using facilities other than the agreed purpose of booking
